The fundamental importance of sports and reconditioning massage lies mainly in prevention, which is very important and irreplaceable in the current hectic times and we should not forget it. It is usually much more intense than classic massages, so that the stimulation of the organism is really effective. It has a beneficial effect on the psyche - it relaxes, soothes, improves sleep, acts against stress and fatigue.
How often should you massage? On average, you should get one massage per week or a minimum of one per month.
