During this two-hour procedure, you can look forward to a foot bath in Epsom salt, a foot massage, manual grinding of the skin and shortening of the nails, nail polishing of your choice, treatment of the feet with podopharm cream. In addition, a cup of good coffee or tea can make the experience more pleasant.
Foot bath
A disinfected foot basin is prepared for each customer, which is additionally made with a single-use plastic insert to ensure maximum hygiene standard.
Epsom salt is a natural form of magnesium salt. It is a colourless, well-soluble crystalline substance without smell with a very bitter taste. Espom salt is suitable for a full body bath for relaxing muscles and detoxification or for foot baths, a bath with Epsom salt is like a balm for tired and swollen legs. Not only does it soften the skin, it is even able to remove any smell of feet.
Massage of the feet
The procedure includes a 40-minute ploster massage (formerly called reflex massage).
Grinding the skin and shortening the nails
To grind the skin on the need, a grinding stone will be used, which you will take with you at the end as a gift. After trimming the nails, they will be polished with a nail files, which you will also take home with the grinding stone as a gift.
Nail polishing
You can choose from our range of nail polishes. From nutritional nail polish to Orly's breathable nail polish, it ensures that the nail is nourished and can "breathe". Nail cuticles will be treated with nutritional mineral oil.
Finally, your feets will be treated with Podoflex cream. The product represents a unique combination of natural fats from shea oil, soy oil, lanolin and glycerin. Extract of goji berries, rich in nutrients (vitamins B and C, amino acids and minerals), effectively fights free radicals and slows down the aging process of the skin. Alantoin soothes irritation and promotes the restoration of damaged skin. Thanks to its consistency, the cream is completely absorbed, leaving the legs soft and soft. The cream is suitable for diabetics.
