The Triquetra is a Norse symbol very similar to the Valknut and the Triskele. In connection with some pagan religious concepts, it is quite difficult to say what meaning this symbol has for the Vikings, since Christians used it quite early with their own religious meaning (the trinity). Like the Triskele or the Valknut, the Triquetra also seems to be associated with Odin. In Norse mythology, the Triquetra symbolizes eternal spiritual life without beginning or end. It is also used as a charm. It has different meanings according to belief: it represents the triple goddess (maiden, mother, grandmother), the link between past, present and future and body, mind and soul, the concept of earth, sea and sky.
